Shipping Information
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
After you place an order online at www.hobesoundchristianbookstore.com you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. Except for weekends and holidays, we should have your order in the mail within two business days. When we ship your package(s) we will send you a confirmation email so you know that your order will be arriving.
Return Policy
We want to make your shopping experience at www.hobesoundchristianbookstore.com as convenient and easy as possible. In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, or a defective product, we will do our best to remedy the error.
If you do find yourself in the situation where you need to return an item please call us at (772) 545-1471 so we can exchange, replace or refund your order. We do not, however, pay return shipping or accept open or damaged products. We cannot be responsible for damage to products once they leave our store. If an item does need returned or replaced, make sure you call us first. Items returned to our store, without first contacting us, will likely be discarded without a refund being issued so please make sure you call us at (772) 545-1471 as soon as you receive an order that needs additional attention.
